The GenuTrain® knee brace offers targeted pain relief and stabilization during movement thanks to an intermittent compression massage. The compressive train-knit fabric and anatomical Omega+ pad activate the stabilizing muscles and stimulate the body’s metabolic response. This helps improve circulation to bring more oxygenated blood to the affected tissues thus reducing pain and swelling.

Care instructions

All Train active supports can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30°C with liquid detergent. Please note the following information:

In the case of products with Velcro straps, these should be removed if possible or firmly attached to the designated place.

If possible, pads or splints should also be removed before washing.

It is recommended to use a laundry net (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Dry your Train active support in the air and not in the dryer, otherwise, the knitted fabric may be impaired.

Please wash your Train active support regularly so that the compression of the knitted fabric is retained.

Measurements

Measure the Upper Circumference 14cm above the knee.

Measure the Lower Circumference 12cm below the knee.

GenuTrain®’s new-and-improved Omega+ pad protects and encases the kneecap, stabilizing the joint and massaging the surrounding tissue during movement. This feature enhances the pain-relieving and sensorimotoric effect of the support by stimulating two sensitive areas of the knee: the Hoffa’s fat pad and the base of the meniscus. In these Hoffa spots and meniscus wings, the viscoelastic gel material incorporates flexible massage nubs, providing additional selective stimuli during movement to counteract unnatural corrective habits.

The GenuTrain knee brace remains securely in position during movement. Lateral rigid plastic stays embedded in the brace have flexible bending zones that follow the user’s movement patterns and stretch the knitted fabric around the knee so it does not slip. Donning and doffing aids integrated into the stays make it easier to put the support on and take it off. Thanks to compression-reduced edges and a soft, airier knitted comfort zone in the hollow of the knee, GenuTrain is comfortable to wear, even during longer periods of intensive movement during the day.
